In a recent website article it was said that the Chinese think tank feels it would be better if India were to split in 20 to 30 small independent entities.
If the Chinese leadership really backs this ideology, then they must start by recognising Taiwan as an independent country, give freedom to Tibet, Hong Kong, Macau and to the Uighurs Muslims in Xinjiang province. China must also give up its claim over Spratly islands, which naturally belong to the Philippines.
Then after a few years, if the experiment is found to be successful the Chinese can think about proposing such measures to others.
Our foreign policy towards China has been very weak. China constantly supports the militant groups in the North-East and the military regime in Burma would not have survived had it not got full backing of China.

It can never be a declared policy of any nation. I wonder how do you people find and write such irrelevant and illogical material?
